One of our plumbers, Ernest Turner, was a part of the Career on Wheels event at Maverick Elementary!
Career Awareness
For Careers on Wheels day, representatives of fields including energy, engineering, firefighting, health, law enforcement, media and public transportation got to bring the vehicles they use in the course of their jobs to illustrate career-awareness presentations.
Ernest got to show off his van and answer tons of questions that kids had about his job, explaining the ins and outs of plumbing and Will Fix It!About the event, Ernest says “I did it for the kids and because I believe it is important for us to be out in the community, supporting a good cause.
